Punctuation marks alone will not be considered as an adequate change in this regard. A single-word herdname will not be allowed if it is a commonly used word in everyday English language unless it is the applicant's name. It is NDGA's policy to make every effort to avoid duplications in both herd name and tattoo prefix whenever possible
