To request registry support, you may either use our online ordering service, pay and complete your paperwork online, or you many print, complete and send in the appropriate form with your check or money order made payable to NDGA. For ONLINE FORMS , click HERE.

If registering animals that either are a transfer, require a breeding memo or out of AGS registered parents, please send paperwork to the NDGA office. These require original paperwork in order to process them, they will not be processed online. If filling out registration form and the NDGA registration numbers are not available to you, please contact the NDGA office.
